Lindsey Lohan socked in the face for trying to kidnap Syrian refugee children

During a live stream that apparently took place last night, Lindsey Lohan tells viewers that she wants to introduce them to a "Syrian refugee family" that she found, who apparently lives on the street. Walking up to the family and ignoring the adults, she starts asking the children to come back to Lindsey's hotel room with her to "watch movies", intermittently speaking fake Arabic-sounding words at the adults. When the family finally grows tired of her and starts to leave the area, Lohan follows, declaring - in English, but in some kind of laughable phony "Arabic-speaker" accent - that she will not leave them alone until she takes the children, and accusing the parents of being human traffickers; again interspersed with phony "Araby words". At one point she tries to grab a child, and the mother turns around and punches her.

This could certainly be characterized as a kidnap attempt; insofar as, if a mother in the US complained to the police that someone was engaging in this behavior, I believe the police would treat it as an attempted kidnapping. I don't know if Lohan was on some kind of drug, or simply delusional. Or maybe she was Right All Along! Whatever the case, it's a bizarre incident.
