Jobs vetting social media copy?

I was a newspaper editor for 30 years but have never been able to break into online editing. Once I signed up for a bidding-type arrangement, but at the time there were probably thousands of journalists newly out of work in a horrible economy, and I had already entered another field. Now I'm wondering if sites like Facebook will be looking for people to scan social media for suspicious content. Does anyone know if such jobs exist?

I know, I was a reporter, I should be able to figure this out myself but I was looking for IT people who could tell me if moderation was going to become a thing on social media.
