Downside to legalizing marijuana

So as best as I can tell, Donald Trump Jr. came here to Colorado, where marijuana is legal. He seems to have consumed way, way too much, such that he decided to write an exclusive Op-Ed for the Denver Post in which he thought this made sense:

Democrats are now the party of lawlessness and anarchy

Proof that one should not Op-Ed while seriously, majorly, big time stoned.
