Since it is clearly biased, I tried to find Tony Heller's credentials and found this site, which looks extremely suspicious to me. Finally, I searched for "Tony Heller" on ISF and found only one post that mentions him. (Now I cannot even find that post. It was by Trakar)
So is he a real denier who actually believes what he says or is he a big phony?
