The misinformation on so so much of this horrid cold or bad flu. And all the damage done by I'd say by most the LEFT politics. And yes it's very political.
Deep breathing work and how vital it is for the lungs and heart health. Breathe deeply people.
And one I do for 30 minutes or so when I wake, stretching the body. And especially as people age, so so important. I have a lot of damaged body from OA and hip replacement mess and without stretching out, I may not be walking.
