Did chickens evolve to be eaten?
What are the positive and negative things in the nature of chickens ? I cannot
think of one single thing that spares them from being at the bottom of the food chain. But I can think of a list of things against their survival.
(1) They cannot fly.
(2) They have short legs and cannot run fast.
(3) They have flat pointed beaks and cannot bite.
(4) They have no real claws to fight with.
(5) They are plump with lots of meat on them.
(6) They are tasty.
It seems to me everything about chickens is working against them. If a designer had sat at a drawing board and intended to create a creature to be food, he would come up with the chicken every time. In the natural order of things a chicken is nothing but walking protein.
Therefore I suggest the chicken is evidence of an intelligent designer.
