It's about the homeless problem in Seattle.
First off, the hyperbole and drama are almost intolerable. But looking past that, the answer is obvious. Take these people's drugs away and they'll be gone. But the system (if one is to believe the story line) suggests the only way to stop the drugs is to jail the offenders.
Nonsense. Take the friggin drugs away. There are more ways to do that than busting users and dealers.
That's what is needed. And drug treatment wouldn't hurt either.
After watching this I'd say safe injection sites are not a good solution.
