I figure I can drive two bolts into a 55 gallon rain catcher style barrel, seal them with some sort of safe caulking, put in water and salt and make some HOCI so the dentists don't have to keep driving to Honolulu to grab it all the time.
What's the math involved here? Would a 12V car charger be enough?
How would you know when its finished?
I see some sites saying it must be distilled water and other sites showing regular water being fine.
