I am having the exact opposite problem from this person:

My computer is in fact, chiming each hour and I can not find a way to disable the chime. Going to <Alarms & Clocks> from <Start> shows only the <Good Morning> notification. Clicking on the <Notifications Setting> link in that window does not show an hour chime.
I am using Windows 10 Home, version 1909.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
And dammit, I tried to get the link thing to work. Grr
