Federal Government to States: You're on your own! (coronavirus)

The Federal Stockpile of emergency medical equipment has been exhausted, according to testimony before a House Committee. DC will no longer ship any assistance to ANY state, but will continue to buy supplies for itself on the open market, forcing states to bid against it.
