The GOP majority state senate in PA is trying to steal a seat that was legitimately won by a Democrat (reelection). Since his opponent is a whiny little snot who won’t concede the election the GOP is refusing to seat the Democrat and swear him in. They’ve voted to toss out the LT. governor (not physically, Fetterman would snap them in half).
BTW, the only reasons you can protest an elected official in this manner is if they fail qualification because of age or residency.
