Secret Service report on mass attacks 2017

The US Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center has released a report on the mass attacks in public spaces that occurred in 2017. News outlets have written on the various statistics and findings from the report.

More than half of them had histories of mental health issues, criminal charges and substance abuse, the report said. And nearly half were fueled by some kind of personal grievance.
