Blaine police are investigating an elderly couple's claim that an Instacart shopper drove over their groceries last week, possibly in response to a pro-law enforcement sign in their front yard. According to a news release, the couple had placed an order for delivery from Cub Foods the morning of Dec. 6, and once the driver arrived at their home, the couple went outside to meet the driver. The driver yelled for them to check inside their Christmas wreath, where they found a receipt with a "derogatory message" written on it. "It says Instacart doesn't pay employees, find another slave, ******* the police, racist, pigs," shared Brian Podany, Chief of Police for the Blaine Police Department.
