Two Brits convicted of manslaughter after their food kills a customer.

A restaurant owner and delivery guy were convicted of manslaughter for sending food with peanuts to a teenager with a peanut allergy.

I'm not sure this would be a criminal matter in the U.S. Maybe it should be.
