Bodycam footage has been released of the MPD executing a no-knock raid in the early morning. Police rapidly entered the building unannounced and gunned down a man who had awakened to the sound of intrusion and armed himself with his legally owned firearm.
Amir Locke was killed on the scene. He has no prior criminal record, was a licensed firearm owner in full compliance with the law, and was not named on the warrant for the raid.
