What will be in this "Infrastructure Bill" if one ever materializes?
Actually I guess the first question ought to be: will there ever be promised investment in infrastructure?
But if one does happen, what would it look like? How will it be funded? What projects will get funded? Are we just going to end up with a small number of tolled highways between megacities while rural America's roads continue to crumble?
