Derek Johnson a.k.a. Acorah the Fraud banned from driving for two years and four Months and fined £1000 (NoT ENOUGH!) for dangerous driving and failing to provide a sample after failing breathalyser at scene.
All together now, "He didn't see that coming!"
Apparently he was seen taking a roundabout badly, then veered across the road and hit another car. Fortunately he the other driver was not badly hurt but did suffer whiplash.
Hopefully that'll wipe the smile off his smug face.
