How Do We Think The Pyramids Were Built?

A recent thread has been ruled as definitely not calling into question the construction methods of the Pyramids at Giza. However, eight pages into that thread, and I'm still not sure where some of us stand on this very important issue.

So I figured we should have a poll to see where we stand.
