I found out what happened:
"Some of this appears to be "innocent" insofar as Tay is not generating these responses. Rather, if you tell her "repeat after me" she will parrot back whatever you say, allowing you to put words into her mouth." In other words nazis and trump supporters were trolling and programming her. Instead sites like the Daily Stormer will pretend that they had nothing to do with this and that it is natural that AI would think like them.
