I wasn't paying it too much attention but today I saw that the legal team for Marriott was trying to say they shouldn't pay because the illegal video made in their hotel after their employee put a blacklisted stalker in the adjacent room made Erin more famous.

I'm seriously wondering why Marriott didn't just settle. This entire thing has now blown up in their face.
