Overlaying a fusion table over a google map with gps

Ok, so I have many google fusion tables with many latitude and longitudes imported, making a nice looking map. What I am missing is a gps marker in the middle, moving as I move amongst the dots. I have downloaded an app called My Maps and I understand you can import fusion maps into it but they have to be KML files? Any ideas?
