As we all know people selling/advising alternative medicine especially when in lieu of actual medicine have disclaimers for their products/advice more-or-less along these lines:
" No part of this site is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness. Nothing on this site is to be construed as medical advice; the authors are not doctors. Please discuss your personal health, including any options or ideas you may read on the internet (on this site or others) with your personal, qualified health practitioner before making changes to your diet or adjusting/discontinuing any medication. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes associated with using or misconstruing advice or information on this site."
However when these people interact on other pages, like Facebook, they're dispensing medical advice, like "don't vaccinate your children" or "coffee enemas can fix you up proper" are they able to operate as if that kind of disclaimer is in place or are the exposed to potential liability when they don't at least add some kind of "Talk to your doctor first." language?
