Criminal profiling done by the FBI doesn't account for women "asking for it."

I wrote an article about FBI criminal profiling after realizing that the process they use to classify sex offenders is surprisingly progressive. Basically, it doesn't seem to allow for the victim to be at fault for the actions of the rapist: something everyone with sense realizes already.

I was wondering what you all thought.
