Windows hardware limitations

My computer's motherboard decided to go belly up this weekend and the only one I have to replace it is a quad processor board. Workstation versions of Windows have a limit of two physical processors, so It's running at half capacity at mo, does anyone know of a botch to circumvent the limit?

I remember there being a way of increasing the maximum simultaneous incoming network connections or somesuch that will last a session, a simple registry hack would be nice, but this board did have arch Linux on it so dirty hands will not be a problem.

The limitation is weird though, RAM is spread over the four banks and the CPU's have integrated memory controllers (Opterons) but Windows is giving the full population of RAM, so it seems it is using the CPUs but you're not allowed to.
