More evidence of genetic influence on homosexuality

An article this morning from the LA Times cites research finding that the "epigenome" may be responsible for turning on genes which influence sexual orientation.

In twin studies, in which the genome is identical, we have known for some time that identical twins do not share a 100% correspondence regarding sexual orientation.
In identical twins, if one twin is homosexual there is a higher-than-normal chance that the other will be as well, but it's not 100%.
This research indicated that they have found changes in the epigenome which correspond to set of genes that may influence this.
The epigenome is influenced by external factors; environment, parents, exposure to chemicals, etc.

Many years ago, sexologist John Money mentioned the same thing, that it was felt that there may be some external factor involved in determining sexual preference....Entirely unknown.

In this current research it's much the same... No real clue as to the exact causation.
