"Extraterrestrials" Aren't From Outer Space

There's a publicly available FBI report on the UFO/ET phenomenon that supposedly answers a few questions. There's no guarantee on its accuracy, but I still feel it should be posted here. Keep in mind that the FBI has a pattern of revealing important information to the public on the UFO phenomenon without wanting to reveal that they themselves obtained the info.
