There have been many, many threads started here regarding violent crime in the US, mostly by gun control advocates, but none yet that deal with a way to actually curb the violence except in the most general and vague way, usually something like "restrict the guns", or even "ban the guns".
But I think most people will agree, at least in principle that law abiding gun owners are not the problem, at least directly.
I invite everyone, especially GC advocates to answer the poll and then follow up your answer with a specific measure that would reduce the level of violence that plagues our country.
I'm not concerned with whether or not it entails restrictions, bans, or anything else, as long as it is coherent, logical, and includes a proven, or at least logically provable method that does not entail significantly altering the Constitution.
