Alec Baldwin meltdon: police harrassment edition

Alec's semiannual public meltdown this time took aim at NYPD:

Alec Baldwin has run into trouble with the law once again. The notoriously hotheaded actor was arrested in New York City on Tuesday morning after he became belligerent with a police officer who stopped him on his bike, a spokesperson for the NYPD revealed to FOX411. “Basically around 10:15, he was riding his bicycle the wrong way in vicinity of 16th and Fifth [Avenue] he was approached by the officers and was asked for [identification],” the spokesperson said. Another spokesperson for the NYPD described the scene saying, "He had no ID, refused to [identify] himself, became belligerent, cursing and yelling. He was then placed in handcuffs…"

After being released from police custody, Baldwin took the time to tweet the officer's name and badge number from his apparently reactivated Twitter account and decry life in nanny state paradise:
