Ive been having this in my left foot since about March.
Caused by jogging.
Ive had stereoid shots, taken steroid pills.
Pain is not as bad as it once was, but its still there.
Been wearing inserts that support the arch for months.
Helps, but still not pain free.
Anyone got any good stories about this or treatment suggestions?
