I'm curious about something:
Every time somebody mentions the unemployment rate increase during Obama's presidency, conservatives I know poo poo the numbers with a stern face, saying that they are meaningless or even intentionally misleading, because something about "labor force participation rate" and that they've "given up looking" and "dropped out of the labor force" or just "working part time".
For example, Fox news (weird because they always have only good things to say about Obama) brought it up about the State of the Union address.
So what is it? Are his unemployment figures misleading?
