To me this story is bizarre. Police saw this car in the water which was upside down. They heard a weak but audible cry for help. They got the car out of the water and turned the car right side up. Inside the car was the little girl hanging upside down weak but showing signs of life. She is doing much better. Her mother was dead.
Who did the calling for help? Could the toddlers whimpers have been mistaken for words? Could the mother have still been alive? Could the radio have been playing a bit?
Some people think theres a supernatural explanation. I don't think so but what do you guys think?
