For the heinous crime of selling cigarettes on the street. :rolleyes: The police claim he was resisting arrest. There's a reasonable use of force if I've ever seen it.
I'm not one to immediately jump onto the police brutality bandwagon, but this case is a ridiculous example of it. I'm also not one to cry "RACE" but there's no way this situation would have escalated to the point it did if the man has been white.
Shame on all the participants.
