It's amazing how fast this monster developed into a category-5 one. Now, with its 910 mb pressure, its 300 km/h wind gusts (190 mph) and 250 km/h sustained winds, it's about to hit the Luzón Strait area. Coastal evacuation in Northern Philippines and Southern Taiwan. The typhoon is predicted to hit the continent this weekend and affect an area from Chaozhou to Hanoi, including Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Some 150 million people in four countries are going to be affected.
