eBay "You've been outbid!" notifications

Back in the day, when someone outbid you on an item on eBay, they would immediately send you an email with a subject something like:



"You've been outbid on item [item description]!"



When the auction ended, you would immediately be sent an email, with a subject of either:



"Enjoy your [item description]" (if you won), or "Sorry you didn't win [item description]" (if you didn't win).



Nowadays, they don't seem to send the "You've been outbid on item [item description]!" one any more.



Is there a "receive outbid notification emails?" option in eBay User Profile somewhere?
