Dear friends,
I haven´t been able to find an answer to this by looking at the many articles that have been published about the sugar issue lately. From what I understand excess sugar is the cause of obesity and obesity the cause of many illnesses, but how about someone who has normal weight (BMI), do we still have to avoid sugar?
I love sweets, chocolate etc. (and eat quite a lot of them) but I always stay within the recommended weight limits. Should I start avoiding eating too much sugar and try to swap to a more fat and proteine based diet (as it is becoming fashionable) or in my case it doesn´t matter? Anyone knows?
