Hooray for Failed Syria Resolution!?

Setting aside all the direct reasons for not getting into the middle of the Syrian civil war, doesn't it look great that in both the UK and USA, in quick succession, the Legislature overrules the Executive's desire to wield military power?



That only works of course if Obama does stand down.
