Michael Persingers Excess Correlation Project

I found this. It is some kind of new work of Persinger. From what I read they claim something like telepathy in it with a lot of Quantum Mysticism.

There is also a whole PDF with the experiment they conducted. It smells very fishy to me from what I read in the paper they are using too much Quantum Mechanics in it to give some kind of mechanism for their telepathy like behavior.
