The ISIS/Apocalypse Cult

There seems to be some traction being gained by a fairytale that ISIS' endgame is to bring about the apocalypse.

That is certainly being sold to some of the more gullible clowns from the bottom of the gene pool as a recruitment strategy, but the idea that that is the point of the whole rise of ISIS is as stupid as the moon hoax.

These latest attacks are about creating a backlash in Europe and USA and it's working out exactly as planned. From Muslim travellers watching the news on iPads being evicted from a plane, to pointless bombing by France, USA, Russia, & no doubt Jordan and a couple of others as well, to the overwhelming right-wing response in USA against Muslim migration, the plan is working perfectly. The already-marginalised youth of Islam is having a fire lit under it.

The senior commanders of ISIS military strategy - Ba'athists almost to a man - know damned well that USA, and therefore NATO, will not get drawn into a land war. The proof that Saddam's ex-minions are the real force behind ISIS has been known for some time:

Washington Post

Military Times

Frontline

Whatever else, the Ba'athists are pragmatists. Iraq had christian churches alongside mosques and there is zero possibility Saddam's people are buying into a fairytale. The SMH article hits it on the head - these people want a new state, with the leadership of Ba'athists at the top of it.

The endgame is money & legitimacy, no doubt backed by Saudi & Turkey, as a bulwark against the Persian hordes, while the CT fairytale is providing an endless line of recruits to ensure it remains a porcupine. Bite them at your peril; leave them alone and they'll buy gold Ferraris, just like all the other Arab despots.
