This gripe is as old as the hills, so I'm looking for a way to semi-automate the process....
I want to cancel my satellite TV subscription (it's a direct debit from my c/c). The supplier's phone support centre never answers and I just get the same vile pop song over and over. 25 minutes is my record wait so far.
So I intend to use their online 'form' once a day, and rising, until they actually read my message and respond.
But it's a bloody nuisance filling in all the boxes, and copy/pasting Glenn <tab> B <tab> from a document etc etc just dumps all the text - including the tabs - into the 'First name' box.
Is there any way to get such a form to recognise embedded <tab>s the way it would if I hit the key while in the form in the normal way?
Hope that makes sense :)
