Dear All,
How much, in todays dollars, per year, would it cost to live the lifestyle of someone of equivalent station in 1913?
Im wondering whether or not it would be much cheaper (though perhaps less convenient) for people today to live as though they were in 1913, excluding the factor that certain items (like a vintage clothing iron) might not be available or might be more expensive than they used to be by virtue of being antiques.
Any ideas?
