Ok.
I had a Samsung Galaxy S-II. The screen cracked, on the inside. Screen does not light up, although i can, through bluetooth, access the phone and voice dial--but cannot check messages, etc, except by going to the car.
I filed a claim, and they sent me a Reconditioned Samsung Infuse (1997 is the model no), and are charging me a $200 US deductible.
The guy at the ATTT store reacted like they had replaced my 2010 Corvette with a 1991 Dodge Omni with a new paint job, and charged me for a 2013 Charger.
How bad are they trying to take me here? Any ideas?
