Visa gift cards in Target today. I use them as gifts for the older nieces and nephews, etc. Had 11 $100 denomination cards all together. When the first 5 where scanded and activated, the 6th card triggered a screen on the register that said "Purchase not allowed, customer has exceeded the legal limit". I asked what that was all about, the cashier claimed that it was a part of "That anti-terrorism law". Minor annoyance, as I just split it into three seperate purchases.
