I have been downloading books from Mobilism.org and they have a button on the lower right hand of the page that you can click to give the uploader of the book $1.00 Warez gift.
They also have an upload site that pays money for the uploads you make($50.00 per 10000 downloads)

My questions are 1. Am I pirating files illegally by downloading from them? 2. Is it dangerous to click the Warez button? 3. Are these type of "get paid to upload" sites just a scam or what?
