I often need just a fast a dirty way to view users screens when I am doing help desk, some machines have Ultra VNC on them, which is great when it works.
We have been using join.me but it is beginning to bug users and ask them to create accounts. i am currently trying Team Viewer ,which has a QuickStart module I can drop on users desktops and have them run, then I can connect to them without them having to install an application.
What have others found?
