There is a house in Conyers Ga that was built at the turn of the century. After the owners died the house was sold to the city and has been used for many things from an office building to a restaurant.
When it was an office building there were no ghost sightings but when it was a restaurant there were so many sightings that some employees quit. I'm of the opinion it was gases from cooking that caused hallucinations.
Currently the building is vacant but ghost tours of this house are a must during halloween.
