Republican Congressman not running for reelection

Per the Huff Post:

Caught this on one of the other forums I check out. They're heavy right wing so obviously this is "Obamaintimidation".



Which brings me to another point, why do I see "Obama" attached to everything in an attempt to make it scary? "ObamaTax", "Obamaphone".



I didn't see any Democrats running against him, maybe someone should.
