This is something that I have often thought about.
There are many hostile reports on Druidism, but I have often wondered exactly what the issue really was?
It can't be the barbarism, the Romans had no issue with that..
I doubt that it was the human sacrifice, the Roman concept of the importance of that was different also.
Was it simply that they were a big political force, which needed to be quashed to keep the Brits under control? Or was there more to it?
