Is there any possible Karen-type or racist transgression the white woman could have committed to warrant this response?

If the white woman did commit a Karen-type or racist transgression should she still be doxxed and subject to cancellation?

On a busy freeway, what appears to be a black woman walks toward the camera holding up a small dog by the attached leash. What appears to be a white woman comes from behind her and the black woman swings the dog at her by the leash and hits the white woman with the dog twice. The white woman gets the dog back and the black woman continues walking away.
