The state of Georgia offered a large tract of land to the Cherokees

It's in northeast Georgia just above Ellijay. The Native Americans accepted the land but not a single one of them has come here. Gambling is against Georgia law and that's the only reason the Cherokees say they would want to come back. Set up gambling casinos.

The land is very wild and virtually uninhabited. Hilly, mountainous etc. Seems to me like they could at least sell the lumber.
