Can anyone identify this vehicle (esp British members)?

What little infomation I have suggests it's a tour boat, or maybe a hovercraft that operated on the Thames in 2004 or earlier.

This is the only image I could find, and I'l like to know more about it. Google-fu has failed me so far.

If anyone knows the make/model of this vehicle it would help immensely.
